ALUMNI RELATIONS ASSISTANT WANTED

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Office of Alumni Relations seeks an energetic student to assist with various high level events and alumni outreach.  Duties will include event logistics and preparation, working with alumni data, preparing event invitations and collateral materials, coordinating marketing, alumni research, website maintenance, and other tasks as needed.

Strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a good sense of humor are a must. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team on high profile events such as the annual Alumni Day and will assist with production of the GSAS alumni magazine, among other projects.

Pay rates: undergraduate students: $10.00 per hour, graduate students: $12.00 per hour
