Current Research Workshops
Current Research Workshops
The GSAS Workshops Committee funded 5 new research workshops from the proposals submitted for the March 2012 competition, in addition to the many previously existing workshops that were approved for continued funding. Topics are listed below; if you are interested in participating, contact one of the faculty sponsors or your department's administrator.
The aim of the GSAS workshops program is to encourage the establishment of ongoing collegial settings for graduate students who are learning to conceive and write scholarly articles, thesis prospectuses, and dissertations. Workshops also offer faculty members an opportunity to share drafts of scholarly work in progress.
The next application deadline for proposals is March 16, 2012, for funding to begin in September of 2012. Get more details and download the application.
