Degree candidates who intend to withdraw from their GSAS program should complete a Withdrawal Notice. The student's signature is the only signature required on the form. PhD students who withdraw from GSAS and are later readmitted to the same degree program are charged the active file fee for the intervening terms during which they were not registered, to the maximum of $1,000.
