TENTATIVE CALENDAR FOR 2013-14

July 1, Monday. Applications for non-resident status for the fall term or academic year are due in department offices.

July 31, Wednesday. Fall deadline for waiving health insurance, if eligible. See website for online waiver.

August 12, Monday. November degree application deadline. Go to www.registrar.fas.harvard.edu to submit the degree application. Last day upon which November degree candidates may submit a completed and signed application for a secondary field.

August 27, Tuesday. The spring term registration period ends on the day prior to fall term registration. Last day to submit work for Incomplete grades from the fall term of 2011-2012.

August 28, Wednesday. Resident registration.

September 3, Tuesday. Fall term begins. First meeting of classes.

September 13, Friday. Approved dissertations due in the Registrar’s office for November degrees.

September 30, Sunday. The fall (or full-year) enrollment deadline for dependent health coverage, and enrollment deadline for dental insurance

January 27, Monday. Spring term begins.

February 27, Thursday. Spring deadline for waiving health insurance, if eligible. See website for online waiver.

May 29, Thursday. Commencement.
